I was born and grew up in New York on Long Island. After graduating from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 1975, I worked as a computer programmer and consultant for over 25 years.
In the summer of 2001, I ended my career as a programmer and took classes to learn how to decorate cakes. I liked it so well, I became a Wilton Method Instructor (WMI) in September 2002! ... I have been loving it ever since!
Some people say I have found my calling and was just wasting my time as a programmer!
You be the judge... take a look at my cakes.
